EU Mobility: Athens University of Economics and Business (Athens, Greece) 11 – 20 February 2020

Within TALENT Project of Erasmus+ Programme the group of teachers form Central Asian universities have participated in EU Mobility program arranged by EU coaches.
The goal of the programme was preparation of the courses’ material through intensive exchange of views, discussions and access to sources of information at the EU universities.
The Workgroup 1(Strategic Aspects) on 11 February was welcomed by EU coaches Irene Nikandrou and Leda Panayotopoulou at the AUEB. There was also visit of the Erasmus+ office of Greece and welcoming by the National Erasmus+ office representatives.
On the first day, the group had campus tour and mainly introduction tour to the library in order to work with e-library during the teachers mobility.
As a part of the EU Mobility, our local coaches have arranged several workshops with Prof. Nancy Papalexandris on the topic «Cranet International HRM survey», Natassa Fotinakopoulou, Fourlis Holdings – Workshop on Competencies and Dr. Alexandra Xytiri – Strategic HRM.
On 19/02 the group had company visit to Piraeus Bank, Strategic HRM in the Banking sector.
As a concluding remark on the last day the team members had their presentations – update on the syllabi progress to the EU coaches and discussion of future plans of workflow.
Our EU coaches also delighted us with sightseeing to the historic places and national cuisine.
We had a wonderful and productive time in Athens and we express our deep gratefulness to all AUEB staff.
