HR Forum 2019 “Motive & Action”
On November 20th, 2019, within ERASMUS+ Project TALENT Establishing Master Programmes in HRM and Talent Development in Central Asia, Professor of the Department of Economics, Management and Marketing Cholpon Alkadyrova from KEU took part in the HR Forum-2019 “Motive & Action”, organized by «Dmitry Chuprina and partners» in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.
The forum had speakers from consulting agencies of Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Russia. Business owners and top managers of Kyrgyz companies spoke at the CEO’s panel with information on staff motivation tools used in their companies.
The topics of the speakers covered various aspects of the work of HR directors and HR managers. In particular, Elena Mashukova (Almaty) said why money does not motivate employees of intellectual work, Irina Arkhipova (Moscow) presented the topic “Values Motivation”, Oleg Parakhin (Almaty) spoke about the importance of building a working organizational structure for the successful development of the company, Ainur Maksutova ( Bishkek), Konstantin Fedorov (Moscow) and Marina Novotochina (Almaty) have revealed the secrets of motivation management and the remuneration system of top managers.
