International Conference within TALENT Project

On September 27, an international conference was organized at WIUT with the participation of graduate students of the Talent program, teachers, and practitioners from the field of HR on a topic related to the field of HRM.


Deborah De Moortel, a Post-doctorial researcher at VUB has presented her research on the topic “How workplaces can become compassionate communities”.
Mehrigiul Ablezova (AUCA): “Childcare, Women’s Employment, and the COVID-19 Impact and Response: The Case of the Kyrgyz Republic”.
Olesya Smagina (WIUT) shared the study result of the CRANET project in Uzbekistan.
Aigul Chertanova (KEU) has presented the topic of “HR dashboards of organizations in Kyrgyzstan”.
Venkat Subramanian (NU) “HRM and AI: Trends and Challenges”.
Ziyodullo Nurov (BSU) “The role of the employers in creating university curricula”.

It is noteworthy that the conference participants were able to get acquainted with the research of graduates and current students of Talent programs at partner universities in Central Asia.

Lyazzat Tyulyugenova (Graduate of Talent program at InEU): “Modern technologies of the organization: the example of Energinform JSC”.
Benazir Siyayeva (Master student of Talent program at KEU): “Development of HR strategy”.
