Online Seminar “Development trends of HRM in the post-COVID period”
On April 26th, 2023 M.Ryskulbekov Kyrgyz Economic University conducted an online seminar “Development trends of HRM in the post-COVID period».
The speakers discussed the topics related to burnout and wellbeing, performance appraisal.
The speakers were from HR field and also graduate students of Talent program in Kyrgyzstan.

Second speaker Bermet Alymova, HR Practitioner with more than 10 years of experience in Kyrgyzstan, discussed on the topic «BURNOUT and wellbeing at workplace».
The third speaker Amina Aimaq, Human Resources Assistant at the University of Central Asia and Master Candidate in Talent Management in Human Potential Development at the American University of Central Asia
has presented the topic «Performance Appraisal in Kyrgyzstan’s Education Sector: Best Practices and Challenges».
