Round table “Current trends and challenges in HRM: regional approach”.

23-24 September 2022 at BSU held a round table and case studies on the topic “Current trends and challenges in HRM: regional approach”.

Nutfillo Ibragimov, Head of the Department of Tourism and Hotel Management has presented the topic «How do employers solve their problems of seasonality in tourism?» which brought to a lively discussion on the current challenges within the sector and the urgency of HRM application. 

Also, the TALENT team visited and reviewed the UNIWORK platform as a tool for the digitalization of university processes.

Participants visited the Uzbekistan-Japan Center of Human Development Bukhara Branch and the Bukhara City Complex, meeting was organized with HRM Master’s degree students and their employers.
