TALENT KEU//Heiko Schrader(OVGU)- HRM in Central Asia: what can an economic sociologists contribute?
Our first live-stream is with Heiko Schrader, Professor of Sociology at the University of Magdeburg. He gives a glimpse of the HRM in Central Asia from the sociologist perspective, including the labor market, diversity management, or recruitment practices in SME.

Our second live-stream is with Raf Devos – Policy Director People&Organisation and Public Affairs at Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). As a practitioner, our speaker presents the HRM processes within VUB and interestingly what changes are they going through at the moment, also the philosophy in talent management used within VUB.

On May 19th, 2021 KEU has organised the workshop on the topic «Reinventing Talent Management: local and international perspectives» with guest speakers:

Dr. Adejoke Ige-Olaobaju, Lecturer in Human Resource Management & Organisational Behaviour, and Dr Divya Shukla, Lecturer in Leadership & Organisational Behaviour, from Faculty of Business and Law, University of Northampton, United Kingdom, on the topic: «Revitalizing talent management in the UK: A way forward».
2. Aigul Chertanova, Head of Human Capital Department FMFC, and Bermet Alymova, Senior officer FMFC, Kyrgyz Republic, on the topic: «AKDN Performance & Talent Development».
3. Saida Sabirova, Human Resources Associate, UNICEF, Kyrgyz Republic, on the topic: «Talent acquisition in the Kyrgyz Republic».
